- Jewelry, glasses, and evening handbags cannot be exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect. General-use handbags require all original tags as dispatched, along with the purchase receipt, for any return or exchange.
- Jewelry in general has no return or exchange unless it has a manufacturing defect.
- Watch warranty: 2 years with purchase receipt; covers full replacement of the watch.

- Gift Cards: Valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of issuance and apply to the bearer thereof. In case of loss or theft, the original gift card purchase receipt is required and it will be replaced with the current card balance. Gift card sales are not subject to any existing offer, promotion, or discount. For use in physical stores only.
- Store Credit: Valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance and applies to the bearer thereof. Lost or stolen credit requires the receipt and will be replaced with the current balance. For use in physical stores only.
- Checks are not accepted.
- All prepaid merchandise or merchandise left for repair will have 30 days for pickup. After this period, the store will not be held responsible and may dispose of the merchandise.
