Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more, shipping to Puerto Rico or anywhere in the United States.

The $50.00 free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before taxes and shipping. When your order qualifies, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

For orders under $50.00, shipping is charged as follows:

For orders shipping to the United States, real-time FedEx rates and service options are displayed at checkout so you can choose the delivery speed that works best for you. The exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling time is the time we need to prepare and pack your order for shipment, and it is separate from the delivery time shown for each shipping method below. Online orders are processed during our store hours: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AST). Orders placed outside these hours, or on public holidays, begin processing when the store next opens. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout reflects current processing and fulfillment times, and may vary depending on when your order is placed.

For shipping and delivery estimates, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays, as our carriers do not pick up orders on Sundays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

FedEx International Economy

Estimated handling time of 2 to 6 business days. Estimated shipping and delivery time of 2 to 6 business days after the order ships. The shipping time is not included in the handling time.

FedEx International Priority

Estimated handling time of 2 to 3 business days. Estimated shipping and delivery time of 1 to 4 business days after the order ships. The shipping time is not included in the handling time.

FedEx International First

Our fastest service. Estimated handling time of 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery is typically the next business day. The shipping time is not included in the handling time.

USPS Standard Shipping

For P.O. Box addresses, USPS will be the selected carrier. Estimated handling time of 2 to 7 business days. Estimated shipping and delivery time of 3 to 6 business days after the order ships. The shipping time is not included in the handling time.

Delivery Estimates

All handling and delivery times listed are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf, then contact us so we can help.

Please contact us first rather than the carrier. We will help you file and coordinate the carrier claim on your behalf. Claims for damaged, lost, or stolen packages must be submitted within 15 days of the order date.

Taxes & Duties

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipments between Puerto Rico and the United States are within U.S. customs territory and are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered processing or shipped.
